Terms & Conditions

Latest Version: 3rd March 2026

1. About us

These Terms & Conditions apply to all classes offered by The Indigo Way (“we”, “us”, “our”), whether delivered in person or online.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By booking, attending or participating in any class (including complimentary/free classes), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Eligibility and health responsibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that a parent/guardian has provided consent for you to participate.

You are responsible for ensuring you are fit and well enough to take part. If you are pregnant, postnatal, have an injury, medical condition or are under the care of a healthcare professional, you should seek medical advice before participating.

You agree to inform the teacher before class of any relevant injuries, conditions, or limitations.

4. Disclaimer and assumption of risk

All participation is at your own discretion and risk.

Classes may involve physical movement, breathwork, meditation and related practices. While we aim to provide safe guidance and options, you acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, including (without limitation) physical injury, dizziness, fainting, aggravation of existing conditions or emotional discomfort.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage you may suffer in connection with your participation, whether in a paid class or a complimentary/free class.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot legally be limited or excluded.

5. Online classes and technology

For online classes, you are responsible for:

·      Having a suitable device, internet connection and space to practise safely

·      Positioning your camera (if used) so you can be seen where appropriate

·      Following instructions and choosing modifications that are right for you

We are not responsible for issues caused by your equipment, internet connection or third-party platforms.

6. Bookings and payment

Where payment is required, fees must be paid in full to confirm your booking unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion (for example, where there are capacity limits or where we believe participation may not be safe).

7. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:

ONLINE CLASSES:

·      If you cancel more than 24 hours before the class start time, you may reschedule to another class (subject to availability).

·      If you cancel within 24 hours of the class start time, or do not attend, the class fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

IN-PERSON CLASSES:

·      If you cancel more than 48 hours before the class start time, you may reschedule to another class (subject to availability).

·      If you cancel within 48 hours of the class start time, or do not attend, the class fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

If we cancel or reschedule a class, you may choose either:

·      A transfer to a future class, or

·      A refund of the class fee paid (if applicable)

8. Late arrival

Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, entry may not be possible once the class has started, to avoid disruption and for safety reasons.

9. Conduct

We ask all participants to behave respectfully towards the teacher and other attendees.

We may refuse entry or ask you to leave if your behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be due.

10. Intellectual property

All class content, materials, recordings and resources are owned by us (or our licensors) and are for your personal use only.

You must not record, reproduce, share, sell or distribute any part of a class or materials without our prior written permission.

11. Privacy

We will handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy (available on our website).

Where classes are delivered online, third-party platforms may process your data in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Changes to classes and these terms

We may update class details (including teacher, venue, timetable, and content) and may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website will apply at the time you book.
