The Indigo Way is an invitation
A place to rest, to move, to be empowered, to breathe and remember
Welcome to the online portal of The Indigo Way
You’ve arrived in a sacred space inviting you to return to your body, your soul, your unique rhythm and your truth.
This is a living space of remembrance, regulation and return.
A place where Shamanic Kundalini Yoga (SKY) meets presence, where the nervous system softens and where the body is gently invited back to it’s natural rhythm.
My name is Pixi, I am a Shamanic Kundalini Yoga teacher and myofascial release bodyworker, guiding from lived experience rather than theory.
Through breath, movement, sound and inward awareness, the practice of SKY invites a gradual softening, where regulation and grounding come first, allowing clarity, vitality and insight to delicately unfold.
The Indigo Way is an invitation,
A place to rest.
To move.
To soften.
To empower.
To remember the essence of who you truly are.
This work is held in rhythm with nature and supported by the innate wisdom of your own body.
My offerings can also weave SKY with fascial release to support integration, grounding and embodied presence, shaped motherhood, healing and deep real-life transformation.
Come exactly as you are.
Leave feeling more like yourself — with clarity, ease, and truth.
You are warmly welcome

Uncover My Story
My journey into teaching Shamanic Kundalini Yoga, seems to have called me forward say 10 years ago.
I'll never forget that shift I felt internally after doing a 7-day retreat with Trish at Soul Adventures. The journey unfolded slowly like a flower with the rhythm of the sun, rooted in the dark soil of lived experience, always reaching toward something far greater. What I love about this practice, is it's not just a practice, but a sacred remembering - a weaving of body, breath, spirit and soul.
Somewhere along the healing way, and after many tried methods, it started to become apparent that is wasn't about fixing what had been broken, rather reclaiming what was forgotten.
I have spent all of my life really listening to the quiet magic of the earth, the pulse of the drumbeat within, the whispers of my guides and the ancient language of the body. It is from these places I now teach, not from performance but presence.
